Spanish El Periódico and the New York Times have seen him as an avant-garde world-renowned artist and synonymous with complete Freedom in the Balkans, depicting him as the artist whose voice “caresses the souls, opens and heals the wounded hearts”. His concerts are a pure catharsis and the epitome of love that croons like an angel.

Božo’s seventh studio album, Sevdahology, will be released this year. His first documentary Maldita, produced and directed by the Spanish Kanaki Films, won the prestigious Goya Award as the best documentary film of the festival. He is currently working on another film, a new book and the upcoming concerts in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.
